Widget Post Production provides complete ADR services in our two world-class studios. Our mixers have the talent and experience to handle the most complex sessions. Equipped with the latest Pro-Tools HD systems and a vast selection of microphones, our stages can accommodate traditional ADR/VO, loop groups, and simultaneous audio commentaries of up to eight actors. We offer ISDN (Dolby Fax and APT) as well as a unique option to run remote sessions via iChat. Both of our ADR stages feature large, comfortable control rooms, and client lounges.
Widget Post Production specializes in re-mixing and re-mastering audio for DVD. DVD technology continues to evolve and producers strive to deliver a flawless product to the increasingly sophisticated consumer. Our expert services include digital restoration of original audio elements, encoding films in Dolby and DTS formats, and sound design for menus and special features.
Widget Post Production specializes in the cleaning and restoration of original sound elements for any type of media project. Our talented and experienced staff of editors can repair even the most vexing anomalies. Armed with a vast array of processing tools (including Cedar Cambridge, NoNoise and the Waves Restoration bundle) we can remove the hiss, buzz, thumps, crackles, distortion and pops that can wreak havoc on your project.
Widget Post Production provides expertise in converting NTSC to PAL, with pitch correction, for the European and Australian markets. All of our facilities are fully equipped for PAL audio and video formats, making us the one-stop-shop for all of your conversion needs.
Widget Post Production offers complete Transfer and Quality Control services. We can transfer from any, and to any audio media (we even own a wire recorder). We own and operate a proprietary dehydrating oven and specialize in “baking” Analog Tape in order to transfer your archival masters to any digital format. Our expert QC Department will examine your audio masters to ensure that they will meet the most stringent delivery requirements and provide detailed reports alongside. We operate transfer departments at both our La Cienega and Hollywood facilities.
